Cinch Brand Ambassador

Job description

A candidate for the position of brand ambassador should be an enthusiastic, outgoing individual. The candidate will need to transport materials to and from events, train employees, encourage potential users to try the product and reply to questions.

Candidate will ensure that all business employees have a thorough knowledge of the product and tools cinch provides and they are ready to provide best experience to our users.

Role will involve face-to-face interactions being a major part of the job.

The brand ambassador will support the business success account managers in all neighborhoods including but not limited to: Williamsburg, Downtown Manhattan, Long Island and Park Slope.

This is a field role and requires of your to be 80% of your time in the field.

 

Requirements

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Representing the brand positively in a multitude of settings
  • Assisting in content creation
  • Staff training on new tools
  • Participating in events and campaigns
    • Collateral distribution and pick up to business
    • Flyers distribution in the neighborhood
    • On-site support
    • Follow ups
  • Providing feedback and insight on new products/services presented to the businesses

This is an Entry level role with an annual salary of $40,000
