Business Success Network Manager

Job description

The Role: Be an integral part of Cinch as a Business Success Network Associate. You will help generate and execute the business success strategy for the Cinch clients around the Greater New York Area through emails, phone and webinars.




  • Develop relationships through in-office communication to maintain success of Cinch clients and improve revenue performance using data and insights

  • Develop and support a clear process to manage multiple clients via structured communication process   

  • Work independently to maintain pipeline, while developing excellent and long-standing client relationships while consistently meeting monthly/annual individual objectives

  • Perform strategic account touch points and reviews to secure and grow existing revenues

  • Drive growth with existing clients, identify upgrade opportunities and generate new revenue

  • Manage multiple accounts in the Greater New York Area



Who we are looking for:

  • Entry level Have 1+ years of experience as a CSAM/Account Manager (Internship included) in a SaaS startup

  • Great interpersonal skills: diplomat, good listener, you know how to create a great relationship with your contacts and advise them, anticipate their needs and respond to their questions

  • Dynamic and resourceful: You are not afraid to roll up your sleeves and get the job done

  • Be an organizational master, have an analytical mind, autonomous and be detail-oriented

  • Fluent English with excellent communication and writing skills


  • Customer oriented with excellent communicating and presentation skills

  • Understanding of local business needs

  • Fast and autonomous learner

  • A people person

  • Advantage: technical knowledge is a plus

  • Advantage: experience in either – account management, customer success, professional services

  • Advantage: SaaS / Tech industry experience
