The Role

Be an integral part of Cinch as A Business Success Associate. You will train and support local businesses with new products, to ensure that they are well versed with the Cinch offering.

The Details:

  • Contribute to leading businesses to success when joining the Cinch network in Downtown Manhattan, Brooklyn and Long Island.

  • Conduct On-boarding and Support team training sessions for new Businesses

  • Act as technical liaison for sales demos and provide additional sales assistance including POS and dashboard questions

  • Schedule additional training for Cinch Partners that leave the onboarding process unengaged

  • Teach on-site and virtual-based training for Business Owners and their staff on Cinch products

  • Collect feedback from the field to share internally via CRM system and weekly meetings

  • Distribute collateral and support events and campaigns

  • Other duties as assigned

The Person:

  • Experience supporting users in a teaching environment

  • Excellent verbal and written skills

  • Highly curious and inquisitive disposition

  • Comfortable working with local business owners

  • Self-driven to succeed in current position, as well as driven to excel in overall career

  • Comfortable presenting and articulating concepts in front of small- to medium-sized audiences

  • Ability to manage workload based on changing priorities

  • Strong documentation, problem-solving, and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • College degree or courses related to Business Administration

  • Familiarity with CRM system is a plus

  • Public speaking and/or training experience
