Business Success Account Manager

Job description

The Role: Be an integral part of Cinch as a Business Success Account Manager, helping Cinch develop and integrate into a new communities. You will help generate and execute the strategy for the businesses in your territory, extending the impact of new Cinch products and developing strong relationships with local businesses.

 

Responsibilities

  • Work with Business Success and Marketing teams to create monthly and quarterly plans to achieve growth objectives
  • Work independently to drive customer acquisition and revenue on a large scale across various communities to meet monthly and quarterly objectives
  • Develop relationships with business partners, serving as a trusted consultant with local businesses
  • Understand how to build and present Cinch’s value story using data and insights

80% field work managing accounts in NYC Metro Area

Requirements

Who we are looking for:

  • Have 1-2 years of experience as a sales or account manager
  • Self-starter with an ability to think on your feet
  • Enjoys fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments
  • Great interpersonal skills: diplomat, good listener, anticipates needs
  • Dynamic and resourceful: You are not afraid to roll up your sleeves and get the job done
  • Organizational master with an analytical mind and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree with strong academic performance
